The main entrance has a ramp and steps — good for elderly and luggage trolley. On top of the door you can see "BENVENUTI" — welcome in Italian — because the previous owner was Italian, which is common in Watamu.

2. The Compound and Garden

The quarter acre compound is a real garden paradise. Photo  shows the wide driveway from the gate — it is cabro-paved and shaded by huge neem trees and palm trees. You can see a white van parked easily — parking for 3-4 cars. Along the driveway there are garden lights (white balls) for night security.
